For the Gale Watch, west winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt. * WHERE...New York Harbor, including Raritan Bay and Sandy Hook Bay. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM EDT Thursday. For the Gale Warning, from 6 AM Thursday to 11 AM EDT Friday.
